When artwork has finer lines, deeper engraving, or the piece is larger than usual, the job needs slower passes, extra prep, and longer machine time.

Please Note:

• Not all materials are laser-safe or suitable for engraving. I’ll do my best to advise you before work begins.

• While I take great care in every project, I cannot guarantee results on every material. Engraving is done at the customer’s own risk.

• I am not responsible for any damage to customer-owned items.

• If an issue occurs, I will do my best to make it right, but I do not offer replacements for damaged items provided by the customer.
